This conversion occurred from 1995 to 1998. It was rectified over a digital orthophoto base. This digital cadastral basemap will be the primary cadastral map for Lucas County, Ohio. The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, uses the juridsiction layer to delineate the political boundaries within Lucas County. The boundaries are determined by parcel lines maintained by the Tax Map Department.",
