<abstract>The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, has converted over 2,200 mylar cadastral map ranging in scale from 50 to 400 to a digital format. This conversion occurred from 1995 to 1998. It was rectified over a digital orthophoto base. This digital cadastral basemap will be the primary cadastral map for Lucas County, Ohio. The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, uses the juridsiction layer to delineate the political boundaries within Lucas County. The boundaries are determined by parcel lines maintained by the Tax Map Department.</abstract>
<purpose>The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, performs all appraisal and assessment valuation in-house utilizing computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA). CAMA model building uses spatial statistical analyses to create values for the properties. This data set was developed to augment model building and generate	more accurate assessments.
</purpose>
<supplinf>This dataset is maintained on a daily basis. Splits, combines and subdivisions are input within 24 hours of receiving.

It was rectified over a digital orthophoto base. This digital cadastral basemap will be the primary cadastral map for Lucas County, Ohio. The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, uses the juridsiction layer to delineate the political boundaries within Lucas County. The boundaries are determined by parcel lines maintained by the Tax Map Department.</idAbs>
<idPurp>The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, performs all appraisal and assessment valuation in-house utilizing computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA). CAMA model building uses spatial statistical analyses to create values for the properties. This data set was developed to augment model building and generate more accurate assessments.</idPurp>
